Safety

The Company will ensure so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all its employees, whilst at work.
All practicable steps will be taken to safeguard other persons not in its employ, who may be affected by the Company's work activities.

The Directors and Managers of the Company will accept that the responsibility for health and safety is equal to that of any other function.
The Company will ensure that adequate funds, staff and equipment are provided to meet health and safety requirements.

The Company will ensure so far as is reasonably practicable, safe office equipment, safe systems of work, safe handling of materials,
the provision of any safety equipment, and that adequate and appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision are given.

Risk and other assessments will be carried out in relation to the Company's work activities and the necessary health and safety
arrangements identified from the risk assessment process will be implemented.

The Director is responsible for implementing this policy with authority delegated, and duties and responsibilities assigned throughout the
company's management structure and organisation, in order to implement this policy. The policy will be reviewed on annual basis. Safety
objectives and targets will be set at the review meeting, documented and monitored in order to achieve the company aim towards
continuous improvement in safety performance.

All employees have duties under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, to take due care for the health and safety of themselves,
and to ensure that other persons are not affected by their acts or omissions. They must also co-operate with the Company in order that
it can comply with legislation, and in the implementation of this policy.

Every effort will be made by the Company to ensure compliance with applicable statutory acts, regulations and approved codes of practice.
Due note will be taken of guidance documents, relevant to the Company's activities, together with new development. Client standards and
procedures will be considered and worked to as part of our working practices. It is considered that the prevention of accidents and illness
due to work activities is an essential part of the Company's business
